Do not return a product until you have contacted us and received return instructions.
13. Refunds after cancellation
Where you have a legal right to cancel, refunds will normally include:
- The product price
- The cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered, where legally required
Extra costs paid for premium or express delivery may not be refunded.
We may wait until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent before issuing the refund.
Refunds are generally due within the legally required period after return or evidence of return.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.
